Deep garnet with a luminous ruby rim. On the nose, dark cherry, cassis, and crushed violets give way to warm cedar, graphite, and a whisper of dried herbs — the signature of a long, patient oak aging. The palate is structured and generous: blackcurrant and black plum lead, followed by layers of mocha, toasted leather, and a touch of iron minerality that grounds the wine and reminds you exactly where it comes from. Cabernet Franc gives it lift and precision; Cabernet Sauvignon gives it weight and length. The finish is long, seamless, and marked by the kind of quiet confidence that only 30 months of oak can produce.
The Blend: Cabernet Sauvignon 49% · Cabernet Franc 37% · Merlot 8% · Petit Verdot 3% · Petite Sirah 3% · Syrah, Malbec, Pinot Noir, Mourvèdre, and others < 2%
