Saddlehill Winery: Tasting Room & Patio

Our beautiful, state-of-the-art tasting room features a spacious indoor area and a covered, heated patio, both with stunning vineyard views. Enjoy our wines by the flight, glass, or bottle, perfectly paired with selections from our culinary menu.

Seating Options

  • Tasting Room (Indoor Seating)

    Relax in our comfortable indoor space with expansive views of the vineyard. (Must be 21+ except Sundays)

  • Heated Patio

    Savor your wine and food on our covered and heated patio, also overlooking the vineyard. (Must be 21+ except Sundays)

  • Lawn

    Seasonally available. A relaxed outdoor space for guests of all ages.

Important Notes:

  • Age Restrictions: Guests must be 21 or older to be seated in the Tasting Room or on the patio. Guests under 21 are welcome in the lawn area when open seasonally.
  • Reservation Times: Reservations are recommended. For parties of up to 4 guests, we allot 1.5 hours. For parties of 5 or more, we allot 2 hours.
  • Large Parties: A $30 deposit per person is required for all parties with 18 guests or more. There is an auto-gratuity of 20% added for all groups of 8 or more. Maximum party size indoors is 12 guests; the patio accommodates a maximum of 8 guests. For parties of 18-48 guests, please inquire about our private room and semi-private spaces.

Guided Wine Tasting

Explore Saddlehill wines with a knowledgeable wine ambassador at our stand-up bar. Included is six 1 oz pours of your selections. Reservations required. (45 min experience, $25/person). If you would like a table after your Guided Tasting, please book a table one hour after your tasting begins. A $10 fee will be applied, per person for reservations that do not show. (Must be 21+)

Our beautiful private rooms hold 12-48 guests. We would love to host you!

Because Saddlehill is a preserved farm we have restrictions set forth by the NJ State Agricultural Development Committee (SADC) and are unable to host special occasion events such as weddings and other life milestones in our tasting room until our building is 5 years old.  For more information on the NJ law click here.

Winery & Vineyard Tours

Join us for a memorable 45-minute wagon tour of Saddlehill Winery! Explore our vineyards & farm, and see our state-of-the-art winemaking facility. Plus, enjoy a complimentary glass of wine at the end of the tour.

Tour Highlights:

  • Learn about the history of the farm dating back to the Revolutionary War. Vineyard & Farm: Ride through our beautiful property and learn about our growing practices.
  • Winery Tour: Get an exclusive look at our winemaking process from grape to bottle.
