April Hours: Open Wed-Sun 11:30 am - 9:00 pm. Closed Mondays & Tuesdays. Reservations are strongly suggested although walk-ins are accepted based on availability.

Guided Wine Tastings
Explore Saddlehill wines with a knowledgeable wine ambassador. Included is six 1.5 oz pours of your selections. Reservations required. (45 min experience, $25/person). If you would like a table after your Guided Tasting, please book a table for 45 minutes after your tasting begins.
Food Pairings
Looking to enhance your experience with a food pairing? Reserve indoor seating in the tasting room or on our heated, covered patio and order from our Farmhouse Kitchen - wine flights and food pairings are available. Please note, the tasting room and patio are for guests 12 years and older. (Reservations suggested)
Our Family Area
For families with children under 12, we have a dedicated family area with picnic tables, conveniently located between our alpaca pasture and the vineyard. We offer glasses and bottles of wine along with a limited food menu though our convenient QR code ordering system. Please note these outdoor tables are uncovered and unheated. If there is inclement weather we recommend rescheduling your reservation. Because the lawn can be slightly uneven we cannot offer high chairs.
Glass or Flight
Visit our stand-up tasting bar and enjoy wines served by our friendly staff. Walk-ins welcome.
Large Groups:
For groups exceeding 12 people, we offer a delightful selection of wine and food experiences! Choose from our indoor tasting room, one of our charming private rooms, or an outdoor setting (weather permitting).
Whether it be in a half private room for up to 18 people or a full room of up to 48 people click here for large group information request. At this time we do not offer a-la-carte ordering off our food menu for parties greater than 12 people.
At this time, Saddlehill is not a venue for weddings and other life milestone celebratory events. Because Saddlehill is a preserved farm we have restrictions set forth by the NJ State Agricultural Development Committee (SADC) and are unable to host special occasion events such as weddings and other life milestones in our tasting room until our building is 5 years old. We are considering making tented events available in the future. For more information on the NJ law click here.
Time Allotment for all visits:
We allot 1.5 hours for table times with parties of 4 or less, and 2 hours for groups of 5 or more. We allot 3 hours for groups greater than 18.
Tours
Winery & vineyard tours will begin in mid-May.
Please note that self-guided tours and wandering around our farm are not permitted. For the safety of our team, animals, and fellow guests, we kindly ask that you refrain from bringing dogs or other pets. Additionally, feeding or touching our animals is strictly prohibited to ensure everyone's safety. Please admire them from a distance!
