Hours: Open Wed-Sun 12:00 pm - 9:00 pm. Closed Mondays & Tuesdays. No reservations available? Saddlehill Cellars also accepts walk-ins when available.
Questions about your reservation? Please email reservations@saddlehill.com If you can't make a reservation for a certain date or time that is because we are already fully booked.
Time Allotment for all visits: We allot 1.5 hours for table times with parties of 4 or less, and 2 hours for groups of 5 or more. We allot 3 hours for groups greater than 18.
Indoor Tasting Room
Order from our comprehensive food menu of wonderfully paired dishes alongside all of our available wines, by the flight, glass or bottle. Reservations recommended. Must be 12 or older.
A $30 deposit per person is required for all parties with 9 guests or more. Maximum party size: 12 guests. For parties of 12-48 guests please inquire about our private room.
Covered, Heated Patio
Order from our comprehensive food menu of wonderfully paired dishes alongside all of our available wines, by the flight, glass or bottle. Comfortably heated for most when the outdoor temperature is over 50 degrees. Reservations recommended. Maximum Party Size: 8 people. Must be 12 or older.
In a windstorm, driving rain, extreme heat or other inclement weather, which closes the patio, we will do our best to accommodate guests to our indoor tasting room. If the indoor tasting room is fully booked we cannot guaranteed you a table.
Guided Wine Tasting
Explore Saddlehill wines with a knowledgeable wine ambassador at our stand-up bar. Included is six 1 oz pours of your selections. Reservations required. (45 min experience, $25/person). If you would like a table after your Guided Tasting, please book a table for 45 minutes after your tasting begins. A $20 fee will be applied, per person for reservations that do not show. (Must be 21+)
The Main Lawn
These tables are first come, first served for walk-ins only. Our full menu is now available here along with full staff service.
Saddlehill Winery is designed as a relaxing haven for adults to unwind and savor our delicious farm-to-table cuisine alongside our wines. To ensure a peaceful atmosphere for everyone, we kindly ask that families with children under 12 visit our main lawn area. (All ages welcome)
Our Private Room
Our beautiful private rooms hold 12-48 guests. We would love to host you!
Because Saddlehill is a preserved farm we have restrictions set forth by the NJ State Agricultural Development Committee (SADC) and are unable to host special occasion events such as weddings and other life milestones in our tasting room until our building is 5 years old. Winery & Vineyard Tours
Join us for a memorable 90-minute tour of Saddlehill Winery! Explore our vineyards, see our state-of-the-art winemaking facility, and enjoy a guided tasting of our finest wines.
Learn about the history of the farm dating back to the Revolutionary War. Vineyard Walk: Stroll through our beautiful vineyards and learn about our grape-growing practices. Winery Tour: Get an exclusive look at our winemaking process from grape to bottle. Guided Tasting: End your tour with a tasting inside the winery. Taste our best wines, guided by our expert staff. $45 per person. (Must be 21+)
