Where We Ship

Wine orders ship to most U.S. states, except: AL, AR, CA, CT, DE, MI, MS, MT, RI, SD, UT, and VA.

Non-wine products ship to all 50 U.S. states.

We do not currently offer international shipping.

Shipping Rates & Timing

Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on weight, destination, and method. Wine club members pay a flat-rate shipping fee of $20 per quarterly shipment.

Most orders are processed and shipped within 2–5 business days once payment and age verification (for wine) are completed.

Age Verification

Wine shipments require an adult signature (21+) at delivery. If delivery cannot be completed due to absence of an adult or refusal, additional delivery or return fees may apply.

Tracking

You will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information once your order has been dispatched.

Delays or Issues

Carrier delays may occur due to weather or regulatory checks. If your shipment appears damaged or items are missing, please contact us immediately.

Risk & Title

Risk of loss transfers to the customer once the package is handed to the carrier. Please inspect your order upon delivery and notify us of any issues promptly.
