  • Bill, Proprietor

    After a successful career in business, Bill’s passion for wine brought him back to his hometown to transform a once dilapidated farm into the thriving haven we now call Saddlehill. Bill's dedication, determination, and unwavering commitment to excellence are the driving forces behind our winery and farm. His passion for horses & wine has become an integral part of the Saddlehill brand.

  • Peter, Winemaker

    Our accomplished winemaker Peter, has devoted over two decades to perfecting the art of winemaking. Hailing from Hungary and armed with a degree in Oenology, he's crafted exceptional wines across the globe, from Napa Valley to Italy to Austria and Australia. Now at Saddlehill Cellars, Peter's precision and innovation promise to make each sip memorable. Outside of work Peter enjoys mountain biking through the trails. 

  • Amy, Head of Philanthropic Initiatives

    Amy is a passionate advocate for giving back to the community. Alongside her husband Bill, she purchased Saddlehill with the dream of sharing its beauty and resources with those in need. Driven by a deep commitment to social responsibility, Amy works tirelessly to forge partnerships with non-profit organizations. This vision led to the creation of the Saddlehill Foundation.

  • Julie, Director of Wine Operations & Sales

    Julie's journey at Saddlehill began on the winemaking side, where she cultivated her experience in crafting fine wines. Over time, her passion led her to explore the world of marketing, where she now works her magic. Beyond the vineyards, Julie can often be found crafting jewelry while sipping on a nice glass of Riesling or Cab Franc.

  • Diego, Director of Agriculture & Property Management

    From the young age of seven, Diego spent his summers nurturing his passion for agriculture while at his grandpa's farm.  With a degree in Agronomy and experience that includes a 500-acre cherry farm, Diego's farming chops are impressive. When he's not expertly managing every inch of our farm, Diego can be found sipping on a glass of Carmenere from Chile or on the rugby pitch.

  • Kalee, Director of Retail & Customer Experience

    Kalee brings a rich blend of skills to our retail and event spaces. A professional "maker" with a keen eye for design, she curates our market with an array of house-made jams, candles, honey and merchandise and coordinates unique workshops and experiences for guests to enjoy at Saddlehill. In her free time, Kalee runs her own small business and enjoys spending time with her beloved animals.
