Pinot Gris

750mL: Our take on this classic grape of France is reminiscent of laying in a field of hay, with the aromas and flavors of blanched almonds, Bartlett pear, apple and honeydew melons wafting across your nose.  You inhale, digesting these flavors and soon discover puckering lemon, lime and wildflowers hidden beneath the surface.  An integrated and ever interesting mix adding a level of complexity not often afforded to a variety mistaken by some to be simply quaffable.  

This wine brings out the savory flavors and softens the acidity with its pairing partners, a great counterpart to baked casseroles and a variety of fish preparations.
