This intriguing wine draws you in, like its namesake attracts a butterfly.  The complexity in this blend of Cayuga, Vidal Blanc, Traminette and Chardonnay is an alluring yin and yang balance of sweetness and acidity.  Luscious lychee, baked bosc pears, guava and honeydew are met with perfect amounts of jasmine, honeysuckle and white flowers, balanced by crisp lemon lime acidity and ending with a hint of fresh peaches.  The perfect wine when you’re in the mood for a touch of sweetness.
