Each bottle is sealed in food-safe plastic and then dipped in a kettle of dark chocolate - the chocolate never touches the bottle! When you're ready to enjoy the chocolate and wine, simply pull the ribbons at the neck of the bottle and the chocolate coating will break off into bite-size pieces.
