Our Coeur d'est, which translates to “Heart of the East” is a wine that takes you on a captivating journey to the heart of New Jersey. Crafted with utmost care and vinted within the guidelines developed by the Outer Coastal Plain AVA of New Jersey, this wine embodies the essence of refined craftsmanship and exceptional quality.

Chambourcin, Cabernet Sauvignon and Cabernet Franc from the premiere Coia vineyard perfectly intermingle in this dry wine, enabling you to experience aromas and flavors of ripe red and black berries, cherries, currants, and plums, with notes of bell pepper and cloves. The essence of new leather, tar and spice round out the soft, velvety tannins, ending with hints of chocolate, vanilla and bright brambly fruits.  This complex, balanced wine is the perfect accompaniment to dry aged steaks, Kobe burgers or grilled Ahi tuna, and can even stand up to your favorite barbeque.
